    We begin with an initial assessment to identify key areas for improvement—whether that’s strength, endurance, or aerobic.

    From there, Peak will design a structured programme based on your assessment results and goals, ensuring steady progress ahead of your next in-person session in 8 weeks time.

    Bespoke Online Coaching begins with an initial consultation to ensure we’re the right fit to work together.
