My name is Ryan, and I’m the founder of Peak Perform. I created Peak Perform to help people of all backgrounds reach their unique performance goals by harnessing the power of strength and conditioning.

The Peak Journey

I began my career as a young professional footballer, but at 21 my dream on the pitch came to an end. While playing, I developed a fascination with how strength and gym work could enhance performance, which led me to complete my Level 3 Personal Training qualification.

What started as curiosity soon became a true passion. During COVID, I used the time to further my education and gained my Level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification.

Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of athletes — from cyclists and runners to footballers and golfers — helping them enhance their sporting performance through structured strength and conditioning.

At Peak Perform, my mission is simple: to guide you in becoming stronger, more resilient, and performing at your very best.

Who I work With

I work with a wide range of people from different backgrounds—you don’t need to be an elite athlete, just someone with performance-driven goals.

This could mean recreational athletes, park runners, or those looking to improve their HYROX performance.

If you’re after a quick-fix weight loss plan or a bodybuilding programme, I’m not the right coach for you.

But if your goal is to get stronger, more powerful, fitter, and to improve your mobility and movement quality through sustainable, science-backed training methods, then we’ll be a great fit.
